This kettle has a keep-warm function that holds temperature for up to 2 hours, and an LED light that changes colors (green, blue, yellow, purple, red) based on the chosen temperature setting. Instructions for use:
1. Fill with water up to desired amount
2. Push the steam switch button down.
3. This kettle will boil water in less than 7 minutes (at maximum level), and hot water will be ready to use for instant coffee, tea, hot cereal, instant macaroni or oatmeal, etc.
**Before first use, fill kettle to MAX (1.7L), bring to a full boil, and wait until the indicator light turns off before using.**
